Jack Thorne's (Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, Adolescence) joyful version of A Christmas Carol comes to Manchester, starring John Thompson! Directed by Matthew Warchus, this stirring and sumptuously designed production of the Charles Dickens classic takes us into the heart of Victorian London and into the austere counting offices of one Mr Ebenezer Scrooge for a lesson in kindness he'll never forget.

Jim Cartwright's Northern fairytale comes to The Lowry, following a run at the National Theatre in London. Directed by Robert Hastie (Standing at the Sky's Edge), the show stars award-winning actress Francesca Mills (Harlots; The Witcher: Blood Origin) as the titular Little Voice alongside Jill Halfpenny as her mother. A witty yet touching fable about finding your voice and sticking up for yourself, The Rise and Fall of Little Voice was first seen in 1992, with the famous film adaptation following in 1998.
